Service life of medical beauty equipment: The life of CO2 radio frequency tube can reach more than 45,000 hours, and it can generally be used for about 9 years. It can be inflated and reused without replacement; while the glass tube is basically about 2,500 hours, and a glass tube is generally replaced every 2 years or so. It cannot be reused and needs to be replaced.
Cooling method: CO2 RF tubes are air-cooled to ensure long-term trouble-free stable operation; CO2 glass tubes are water-cooled, and may not emit light or emit light intermittently when working for a long time or the water temperature is high. The stability of continuous long-term operation is poor, which has a great impact on the life of the product.
Spot size (beam): CO2 RF tubes are 0.07mm, the spot is fine, more than 3 times finer than glass tubes, with high precision and small heat diffusion area to avoid color sinking; CO2 glass tubes have a coarse spot of 0.25mm, poor precision, unstable light (uneven light intensity, sometimes no light), large heat diffusion area, obvious melting and blackening of the cut edges, and relatively poor working precision. 
Equipment stability: The RF tube is a fully sealed metal tube, and uses a low-voltage power supply, which directly avoids some of the disadvantages of using a high-voltage power supply; because the glass tube laser requires a high-voltage power supply of 20,000 volts or even higher, in addition to being unstable, it is also dangerous. Long-term operation makes the power supply easy to age, and it has a great interference to the control system. For example, improper operation can easily burn the motherboard, and it is more susceptible to the influence of high voltage and damage its normal function. The whole machine ages quickly, the later maintenance cost is high, the later maintenance performance is poor, and the maintenance quality is difficult to guarantee.
Simply put: the glass tube is economical, it is water-cooled, the spot is coarse, the life is short, and the work is unstable. The disposable RF laser is a high-end type, it is air-cooled, has a long life, a small and round spot, good stability, can be repeatedly inflated and used, is not easy to break, and has a low failure rate. It is basically retail, simple to maintain, and the reliability of the whole machine maintenance is guaranteed.
Advantages in the field of medical cosmetic repair treatment: RF laser has small spot, uniform energy, and has significant thermal damage to the skin.
Advantages: skin repair is fast and easy to recover, and the chance of pigmentation is significantly reduced, with a small trauma area and less pain.
If you compare them clearly, you will find that if the interval between dots of the glass tube is adjusted to less than 0.4 mm, it is basically considered as peeling. However, the radio frequency tube can make you see the dots at 0.2 mm, and you can see the dots at 0.1 mm when the energy is lowered, which is impossible with the glass tube. Moreover, the penetration depth of the laser varies significantly, and it is not as stable as the radio frequency tube. It is conceivable how much it will damage the skin and cause pigmentation in the later stage, which can easily lead to medical disputes and reduced customer satisfaction.
