New rod has CLEAR yellow or pink colour, a very used old one has light colour, like pink seems white.
Yellow rod and pink rod are same in the usage, we have stock of yellow rod and it is easier to get yellow ones, but not easy to get pink ones.
The diamater 5mm is the normallest one.
Every producer may use metal caps of different sizes on both sides, while the overall length is between 135mm and 145mm, the usage is the same.
